I’m a creative writer, artist, intuitive, private chef, retreat co-leader and yoga teacher — to name a few.

I value connection, courage, community, presence, and depth, and bring them to the center of my interests, work, and personal life.

My friends call me Charmshoppe, or Charmie for short (it’s also the name of my dream bakery). I’m a dog mom to Daisy, a Leo sun/Cap rising/Gemini moon, and co-leader of The Retreat. I dream of becoming a professional granola maker someday.
